Bond Policy
Bonds can be posted Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am to 3:30pm (excluding holidays) at the Henderson County Judicial Center located on Main St.  After hour bonds can be posted at the Henderson County Detention Center between the hours of 10pm to Midnight Monday thru Friday.  In the event of a county recognized holiday or weekend all bonds can be posted at the Detention Center at any time.
Bonding Fees

Any bonds being posted require a bonding fee.  If the bond is posted at the Judicial Center the total fee will be $25 plus $65 at the Detention Center.  If the bond is posted at the detention center the total fee will be $25 plus $70..
